1. How to report inappropriate content?
The Smokva platform has an integrated reporting system. We have a zero tolerance policy towards illegal activities, commercial sex, and abuse.
The quickest way to submit a report is:
Using the "Report User" option directly on the profile of the suspicious user.
Contacting our support via email at: [email protected].
When sending an email, please provide direct links to the offensive content and attach screenshots as proof.
2. Handling of reports and timeframes (Notice and Takedown)
Our moderation team receives and reviews reports daily. Such reports are prioritized and processed urgently.
Critical violations (e.g., suspicion of minors, child pornography, human trafficking, obviously illegal content): Immediately or no later than 24 hours.
Other reports (e.g., fake profiles, copyright, harassment): Up to 72 hours.
If a violation is determined, the content is permanently removed, and the violator's account is blocked.
3. Request from a person depicted in the content (for unregistered individuals)
If you are depicted in content published without your consent, you can submit a removal request even if you are not a user of the platform. Please contact [email protected], with a description or direct link to the disputed content. Such requests are processed urgently (no later than 24 hours). We strictly protect the identity of the requester, and for verification purposes, we may request proof that you are the person in the recording (e.g., identification document). There is a right to a review of the decision.
4. Notification of content removal and right to appeal
In case your content is removed or your account is blocked, you will receive an explanation of the decision at the email address associated with your account (except in cases of serious legal violations).
Right to appeal: If you believe that your content or user profile has been removed by mistake, you have the right to appeal. You can send your appeal with an explanation and any evidence to: [email protected].
Our team will conduct a review within 72 hours and make a final decision. There is no right to appeal for repeated or serious violations (such as those from the zero tolerance policy).
5. Copyright infringement reports
If you believe that any content on the platform infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to [email protected]. Your report must include:
Identification information of your original work.
The exact URL (link) to the material on our platform that allegedly infringes your rights.
Your contact information (name, address, phone, email).
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner of the rights and that the information in the report is accurate.
The platform will respond to notices and promptly remove the disputed content.
